- Week 3 Diet -

Esok sesi timbangan ke 3.. brp kg yg blh turun ni... entah2 gram je yg gerak.. kalau turun xpe jgk.. kalau naik, hhhuuuuaaaaaaaaaaaa.... jom tgk apa yg aku mkn sepanjang minggu lepas.. confirm korang ckp "ni menu diet ke menu mencekik?" haaiiihhhh.... layaaaann..

Day 15 (2 Mac 11)
Pagi: habbatusauda, air suam,
B/fast : 2bj telur rebus + salad + tomato + mayo, air 0
Lunch : paru goreng sambal, sawi jepun tumis, 1 ketul ayam goreng, air 0
Dinner : sayur bayam merah, ayam panggang black pepper, air 0
Snack : 8 bj badam
Workout : xde (kemas rumah, mop lantai)





Day 16 (3 Mac 11)
Pagi: habbatusauda, air suam,
B/fast : bihun hailam, air suam
Lunch : sayur bayam merah, ayam panggang black pepper, air 0
Dinner : 4 bj popia basah, 2 kpg apam, 3ketul pedal, 3ketul hati, air 0
Snack : 5 kpg biskut jagung
Workout : xde (cuci & sidai kain - aci x ;p)




 
 Day 17 (4 Mac 11)
Pagi: habbatusauda, air suam,
B/fast : 2bj kuih sagu, 1bj kuih talam, 2 kpg breakthru, 2 bj sosej, 1 kpg cheese, green tea
Lunch : 1 ketul ayam kari, sayur pucuk manis, air 0
Dinner : 1 ketul ayam goreng, vege fish ball, crab stick, mayo, air 0
Snack : 10 bj badam
Workout : JM level 1, 30 min





Day 18 (5 Mac 11)
Pagi: air suam
B/fast : mee goreng, air 0
Lunch : Yong tau foo (kangkung, 2kpg taufu, bendi, peria, kuah itam), air 0
Dinner : okonomiyaki, croquet cheese, air 0
Snack : 1kpg pretzel almond caremel auntie anne’s ^_^
Workout : Treadmill 30min




Day 19 (6 Mac 11)
Pagi: habbatusauda, air suam,
B/fast : 3 bj apam beras, 2 bj telur 1/2 masak, 2 kpg breakthur, green tea
Lunch : ikan tenggiri asam pedas, sayur kacang buncis + shitake, 1 kpg breakthru, air 0
Dinner : ikan asam pedas, 1 kpg breakthru, air 0
Snack : 3 bar coklat van houten
Workout : Treadmill 30min





Day 20 (7 Mac 11)
Pagi: habbatusauda, air suam,
B/fast : 2 bj telur 1/2 masak, 1 kpg breakthru, green tea
Lunch : ikan tenggiri asam pedas, sayur pucuk manis + keledek, 2 ketul hati ayam, 1 kpg breakthru, air 0
Dinner : ikan dori grill, sup sayur, air 0, green tea
Snack : 8 bj badam
Workout : Treadmill 30min





Day 21 (8 Mac 11)
Pagi: habbatusauda, air suam,
B/fast : 2 kpg breaktru, 2 btg sosej, 1 kpg cheese + mayo, green tea,
  - bihun goreng sesenduk, kuih putri ayu, popia goreng (kursusnye mkn)
Lunch : 2 ketul ayam, sayur campur, 1/2bj telur masin, sambal belacan
Dinner : 1 kpg breakthru, 1 kpg cheese,  1 bj karipap
Snack : 1bj apple + kismis + 1sb palin yogurt
Workout : Treadmill 30min




tu dia... byk sungguh aku makan.... esok plk ye.. update berat.. sekian, ja oyasumi nasai...
