blog dah start nak bersawang...
Salam semua... lama sungguh xde n3... kesibukan yang teramat... outstation la.. audit la... segala bagai mak nenek la... hari ni baru sempat nak mengadap bende2 nih... hampir 2minggu xde apa2 cite dr aku.. nak update menu diet pun aku xingat dah ape yg aku tibai.. picture pun xsempat nak snap.. masih dlm mood busy bee...

timbangan sesi 3
Ohaiyo gozaimasu...... Selepas 3 minggu berdiet tanpa guide org yg pakar a.k.a syok sendiri, ni la hasilnya...
sudah turun lagi walaupun sedikit... turun 500gm sajo... ^_^
3 minggu turun 1.9kg.. Alhamdullillah..
June, usaha lagi ya.. Ganbatte ne...

- Week 3 Diet -
Esok sesi timbangan ke 3.. brp kg yg blh turun ni... entah2 gram je yg gerak.. kalau turun xpe jgk.. kalau naik, hhhuuuuaaaaaaaaaaaa.... jom tgk apa yg aku mkn sepanjang minggu lepas.. confirm korang ckp "ni menu diet ke menu mencekik?" haaiiihhhh.... layaaaann..
Day 15 (2 Mac 11)
Pagi: habbatusauda, air suam,
B/fast : 2bj telur rebus + salad + tomato + mayo, air 0
Lunch : paru goreng sambal, sawi jepun tumis, 1 ketul ayam goreng, air 0
Dinner : sayur bayam merah, ayam panggang black pepper, air 0
Snack : 8 bj badam
Workout : xde (kemas rumah, mop lantai)
Pagi: habbatusauda, air suam,
B/fast : 2bj telur rebus + salad + tomato + mayo, air 0
Lunch : paru goreng sambal, sawi jepun tumis, 1 ketul ayam goreng, air 0
Dinner : sayur bayam merah, ayam panggang black pepper, air 0
Snack : 8 bj badam
Workout : xde (kemas rumah, mop lantai)
Day 16 (3 Mac 11)
Pagi: habbatusauda, air suam,
B/fast : bihun hailam, air suam
Lunch : sayur bayam merah, ayam panggang black pepper, air 0
Dinner : 4 bj popia basah, 2 kpg apam, 3ketul pedal, 3ketul hati, air 0
Snack : 5 kpg biskut jagung
Workout : xde (cuci & sidai kain - aci x ;p)
Pagi: habbatusauda, air suam,
B/fast : bihun hailam, air suam
Lunch : sayur bayam merah, ayam panggang black pepper, air 0
Dinner : 4 bj popia basah, 2 kpg apam, 3ketul pedal, 3ketul hati, air 0
Snack : 5 kpg biskut jagung

Day 17 (4 Mac 11)

Lunch : 1 ketul ayam kari, sayur pucuk manis, air 0
Dinner : 1 ketul ayam goreng, vege fish ball, crab stick, mayo, air 0
Snack : 10 bj badam
Workout : JM level 1, 30 min

Snack : 1kpg pretzel almond caremel auntie anne’s ^_^

B/fast : mee goreng, air 0
Lunch : Yong tau foo (kangkung, 2kpg taufu, bendi, peria, kuah itam), air 0

Salam semua.. lama xupdate blog ;p.. hari ni nak share axtvt exercise yg aku buat.. biasa lps balik kerja dlm pkl 6ptg br la blh nak exercise ni... kalau workout dgn JM, smua org tau kan.. kalau dgn JM aku larat buat level 1 je.. tu pun mengah bila kena jumping jack & jump rope ulang2.. lenguh kaki.. kalau exercise guna treadmill aku guna level P1 je.. P1 ni kita blh set sendiri nak yg mcmn.. P1 ni aku set utk jogging 4.5km/hour selama 30min.. hasilnye abis lencun satu badan... ini je yg aku mampu setakat ni.. berlari tanpa henti selama 30minit pada speed 4.5kph...

dapat bakar 95 kalori je.. lari sejauh 2.24km dlm masa 30min..

timbangan sesi 2
ni berat terkini selepas 2 minggu... suspen pun ade ni, sbb minggu lepas diet yg sgt sengal..
minggu lepas 94.3kg.. so, turun 200gm je.. huhuhu (xpayah la nak emo, ko sendiri mau ingat)

Lunch : ayam masak rebung, sambal kentang + tempe, air 0
Dinner : Udang grill, kailan tumis air, 1 ketul ayam goreng, air 0
Snack : 4 biji kuih siput
Workout : Treadmill 30min
Pagi: habbatusauda, air suam,
B/fast : 2 kpg breakthru, scramble egg + kobis + bwg + mayo, air suam
