Pagi: habbatusauda, air suam, 1/2 mug susu low fat
B/fast : salad + french dressing, 2biji telur rebus, air 0
Lunch : ikan tenggiri asam pedas, 2 kpg breakthru, air 0
Dinner : labu masak air, ikan dori saute black pepper, air 0
Snack : 6bj Badam, 4 kpg keropok, 2bj biskut bangkit (ofismate bg, segan xamik)
Workout : xde (ngantuk ya amat)

Day 2 (17 Feb 11)
pagi: habbatusauda, air suam, 1/2 mug susu low fat
b/fast : bihun goreng, milo kosong xde gula (meeting)
lunch : 1btg cheese sosej, ikan dori saute black pepper, air 0
dinner : 2 ketul ayam kukus + brocoli + carrot, air 0
Snack : 8bj badam, twisties (kecek hubby makan)
Workout : JM level 1, 30 min
dinner - selak sayur, jumpa ayam ;p
Day 3 (18 Feb 11)
pagi: habbatusauda, air suam,
b/fast : roti canai sardin (hancussss), air 0 + limau nipis
lunch : 2 kpg breakthru + tuna, salad mayo & french dressing, air 0
dinner : bihun tomyam, lai che kang, 2kpg otak-otak (makan luar dgn tetamu)
Snack : crab stick tempura, 1 kpg biskut bangkit (amik sndr atas meja kawan ;p)
Workout : xde (ada tetamu) - hari yang hampeh.. dah la makan banyak.. amik air gula lagi..

Day 4 (19 Feb 11)
pagi: habbatusauda, air suam,
b/fast : 2 biji telur 1/2 masak, tuna wrap daun salad, milo 0 + low fat milk (xde gula)
lunch : 2 ketul ikan keli grill, air asam + tomato, kobis masak air. air 0
dinner : scramble egg + brocoli + tomato + bawang, 1 kpg breakthru
Snack : bubur jagung (masak utk hubby - tumpang sekaki) kacang kuda rebus
Workout : JM level 1, 30 min

Day 5 (20 Feb 11)
pagi: habbatusauda, air suam,b/fast : bihun hailam, 1 ketul popia goreng, 1 ketul kuih apam, air suam (makan luar)
lunch :1 ketul ikan talapia grill, kailan tumis air, 1 kpg breakthru, air 0
dinner : 2bj telur 1/2 masak, 2kpg breaktrue, kailan tumis air, air 0
Snack : xde
Workout : JM level 1, 30 min

b/fast : 2btg sosej, tomato + coral salad + plain yogurt, Air suam
lunch : ikan cencaru masak lemak, sayur lemak pucuk manis, sambal belacan, air 0 + limau nipis
dinner : ikan tenggiri singgang, 1kpg breakthru, sayur kacang botol tumis, air 0
Snack : 4kpg biskut jagung
Workout : JM level 1, 30 min

Day 7 (22 Feb 11)
pagi: habbatusauda, air suam,
b/fast : 2btg sosej, tomato + coral salad + mayo, air 0 + limau nipis
lunch : pucuk ubi masak lemak, telur dadar, sambal belacan, air + limau nipis
dinner : ayam + brocoli + cendawan shitake + sos tiram, 1 kpg breakthru, air 0
Snack : xde
Workout : JM level 1, 30 min

ini lah menu sepanjang 1minggu aku on diet... macam byk sgt aku makan bila disenaraikan... harap2 week 2 ni menu aku lebih baik lagi.. & harap2 aku xskip workout...
